Platform Tiers
Basic
Designed for small building portfolios or pilot deployments, the Basic plan provides essential access to DREAM's core capabilities at an affordable monthly rate.
Included in Basic:
- Seats: up to 3 users
- Projects: 1 project
- Devices: up to 5 connected devices
- Data Usage: 500 MB/month
- Storage: 10 GB, retained for 1 year
- Support: email support
Scalable à-la-carte options: Additional seats and devices, data top-ups, extra storage, and support packages. Additional projects and Add-On applications are available in the Premium tier.
Premium
A comprehensive tier built for organizations managing multiple sites with greater data and device needs.
Included in Premium:
- Seats: up to 10 users
- Projects: up to 5
- Devices: up to 50
- Data Usage: 10 GB/month
- Storage: 100 GB, retained for 3 years
- Support: phone support (paid)
Enterprise
For large or complex deployments—such as multi-building portfolios, campuses, utilities, or OEM integrations—the Enterprise tier provides unlimited capacity and tailored support.
