One South Market is a 23-story apartment complex in downtown San Jose, managed by Greystar. SkyCentrics is partnering with CanTech Tools to provide operational awareness, fault detection, and supervisory control for the HVAC systems, cold water, and hot water loops — deploying the DREAM Platform and Super SkyBox on top of the existing Delta Controls building automation system.

How It Works
The SkyCentrics Super SkyBox connects through the Delta Controls eBCON Ethernet interface and extracts real-time data to the SkyCentrics DREAM Platform. Because the solution layers on top of the existing controls infrastructure, Greystar gains secure cloud-based viewing and remote access without replacing the building automation system already in place.
